Yeah just introduce her, no need to define things - if cornered just say you are all friends blah blah. Shouldn't be a big deal as women are overly fake among others anyway.

When this used to happen I used to frame it like we were all friends i.e. "This is my friend Plate; Plate, this is Date." Intros done the usual response was "so what are you guys up to?" The conversation usually flowed from there. Other times I made eye contact, smiled at Plate and kept on our way. My philosophy in any potentially problematic situation is to attack it head on. Awkward situations are rarely so if you take control and direct the flow.

N.B. Also if you get the after text of "who's that?" from either the correct response is "a friend."

she's a plate which means you meet pretty strictly for sex. if you go on a date with a girl you have not banged yet, then you play it cool and say hello, no need to introduce your date. Hey whats up...see you later...take care, whatever. keep moving. Your date may ask, who is that..oh, just a girl I know from school/gym/neighborhood that'sit...and focus on the task at hand, which is the DATE...deflect, ignore and further attempt to give her any information. don't even break your neck, nothing.

EDIT: it's super thing if you handle properly IF NOT..you could lose both.
