Cash flow is nice.

I wouldn't say freedom, rather more control of who you are, both mentally and in actions.

And the third would have to be opening up who you are to your SO. Only to find out that this person you have put time and effort into doesn't want to be around. Whether it be cheating (which is more common than day and night), a gold digger in disguise, or for other reasons.

The third has to do with more of an abandonment issue I have stemming from my own mom. An alcoholic that drank herself to death over the course of 6 years, leaving me and my little brother for a bottle. I was 10 when this happened so I really don't remember much of my infancy, I can only recall the latter portion of my life before she died.
