Technically... yes.

Perhaps more importantly, so too was the Apostle Paul (*) -- who even generally advised men to live as "MGTOW"; he even noted it was superior to getting married... so long as they were able to "control" their hormonal-lustful urges (i.e. basically staying away from women altogether in the "sexual" sense; not only no marriage, but no cohabiting no "dating/courting," no plate spinning or flirting, etc.)

-- And despite the fact that the later church interpretations and "spin" on those verses and Paul's statements/recommendations -- reinterpreting them as some kind of a "call" for men to become priests (or monks in monasteries) living off some kind of charity from the congregation/community... that's obviously bullshit because: (A) there were no such things as paid priests, much less monasteries (not Christian ones anyway) at the time Paul wrote that; and (B) Paul noted himself and his own lifestyle as an example -- his statement that he refused to/would not "eat the bread of another man's labor" and instead (or at least when he wasn't imprisoned) he lived off of his own private business/profession/trade work (as a literal "tentmaker"). Ergo he most definitely WAS part of society -- the general public & private commercial community -- and explicitly was NOT walled off in some isolated "monastery."

As Paul specifically noted that "But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world" and he goes on further to note that the married guy will chiefly be worried about "how he can please his wife" (i.e. keep her haaaaaaaapy, or at least prevent her from becoming TOO much of a "nagging bitch," etc)... and moreover he had already basically said "good luck with THAT" when he previously noted: "those who marry will face many troubles in this life, and I want to spare you this."

* And quite probably several of the other disciples/apostles and leaders in early church remained single/bachelors as well (including presumably Paul's own, well I suppose you could call them "apprentices" or "disciples" {which word really just means "students"} -- Timothy & Titus; AFAIK there is no record, or even assertion of either of them ever having a wife or family).

You know, it's funny, I just read a passage where Joseph (not Jesus' stepdad, the other Joseph) was falsely accused of rape by his Egyptian master's wife. The Bible may not be strictly MGTOW reading material, but it does seem to prove that many of the gripes we have with women are as old as time itself.

Yes, check out Gospel of Thomas, the disciples see Marry as an inferior, Jesus sees it to but is willing to guide her...women want to be guided by a strong man and Jesus being the compassionate being he is was willing to guide this inferior woman to become more like a man in reasoning skills.

It's not so much women themselves, but that the whole sexual reproduction instinct today has been taken advantage of in evil predatory ways. The fall may have even to do with recognising this eventuality, if not as a concrete event, then in abstract. You could almost imagine God as the programmer on his way to creating a perfect world and then he realises there's this huge design flaw that leads toward a dead end, leaving him to salvage what he can and start over.
