From "The Manipulated man," by Esther Vilar.

Woman buys, man sells. But one does not convince a customer by saying, “It's good. You've got to buy it.” Instead we say, “You're marvelous! You deserve the best. Why should you make do with anything less? You've earned your comfort – you are entitled to it!” So, on top of everything else, man has to flatter woman because he needs her as a customer.

As she clearly puts it. Women feel as if they deserve stuff without putting any effort in. This is surely something society conditions them to think. When boys fuck up, they face the consequences. When girls fuck up, they get cuddles, and assurance that they are good. Women never learned to work hard for something cause they never needed to. This is why women only manage to get anywhere due to quotas. This is why women are incapable of creating something like a great company from scratch. They believe they are entitled to something, without making anything.
