I hate these lines too. I try to avoid anyone who says these things. Other ones are

"It will be a lonely life".

"Man up!"

And more that I can't think of right now. I've heard it all. It's just shaming tactics to get you to live the same shit experience they had to go through/are going through. They can't stand the idea that you get to be free while they are miserable slaves. Just ignore them and live how want.

The trick is to not get triggered. You cannot instantly prevent feeling emotions, but you can decide how to act upon them. The way to react upon such remarks is one of two: 1. Indifferent. 2. Not at all.

Do this and learn how not to dwell on these things, and you will not get triggered in due time.

This reminds me of a time... I was riding my touring bicycle in Utah, out of St. George, it was hot, middle of the summer, pushin 95 before the sun even came up. So, I wasn't wearing my helmet, too damn hot. I was goin uphill too (my touring bike is chromoly, maybe 25-30 # unloaded, loaded maybe 80+ #), so the only real risk was heat exhaustion from a helmet and exertion, or getting hit by a car - like a helmet would help.

I get water at a gas station. 3 women, also on nimble road bicycles that don't weigh anything, all jazzed out in their stupid looking bicycle unitards like they're gonna be Lance Armstrong. They see me peddle off up the hill and say, "Shouldn't that helmet be on your head!". To which I replied, "hahaha". To which they replied "herpderpherpderp".

The point is, people are stupid, and should mind their own damned business. The end.

This is both dumb and needlessly aggressive. If you are still alive in 10 years, it is a 100% certainty that 2027-you will disagree with 2017-you about some pretty major things. MGTOW may well not be one of them, but you won't know until you get there.

The better way to approach this is that you aren't interested in dating right now rather than ever. People who disagree with you will have a much easier time accepting that stance and won't give you as much crap.

My dad is very set in the thinking that there is someone for everyone and that those who are single and never marry or remarry become miserable old men. He's finally accepted that what makes me happier is not being in a relationship. That being tied down is not for me. He's even started to recant and say that some people should be single.

However, that is just one victory vs other family members, friends, coworkers and others who don't get the idea of MGTOW, or just don't like it or down right hate it.

My best friend just super blue pilled. Went from non attached hot sex all day to a gf who wont even give him oral.
