Look I've had experiences with girls giving mixed signals like this and it's pretty likely two things happening at once: 1) She doesn't know what she wants in a partner and is casting a wide net and 2) she will very likely be taking advantage of you in every way she can think of for work favors, heavy object lifting, financial subsidies, etc.

1 alone is dangerous enough since she can flip her mood on a dime and fuck you over. She doesn't care for you, and is just seeing how far she can push her special treatment ability

2 makes this a shit show, where you have to do her work for her at your job and likely wind up paying for drinks/dinners during vacation etc.

You're in a fundamentally unequal situation and your mind is clouded by the species imperative hormones trying to get you to accept sticking your neck in the mouse trap for that delicious cheese. It's good you're starting to understand the warning signs, go with your gut and back away slowly and politely. You may need to think about documenting it in case she tries to go to HR with some shit after getting rejected.

There's nothing beta about saying what you are 'expected to' just to avoid further conversation. What should you say, "Get your hands off me you filthy whore, who knows where they've been?" The point is keep your interactions short to the bare minimum.

Unless you really truly like her as an individual and trust she won't betray or slander you, don't get involved in any sort of personal relationship with her, and that includes vacation. I have a personal rule that I never speak/text any of my colleagues after work hours. It maintains a line in the sand that no one can cross and they get the message that any attempt to build a personal relationship with me will be pointless. I suggest you maintain something similar but that's up to you.

Think about it: do you really think you'll be together forever, move in together and go to the same workplace (assuming she wouldn't quit when you share a home) every day for the rest of your life? If that were ever to even happen it would be hell, but to be realistic and not to insult your intelligence, I venture a guess that you would say "no, that will not happen" so you wouldn't be happily together for the rest of your life.

Now imagine what will your daily lives at work be after that? After you two have fucked everywhere and the magic wears off.. and it will, even though you might still be emotionally attached, she won't. It's just biology. Women are subconsciously trying to have a male harem, and they achieve this by having sex with men, to get them to be thirsty servants, so she can get her shit done with minimal effort: having sex with them, which isn't an effort at all, but an enjoyment, it gives her a power rush. But the excitement wears off eventually, like it does with her shoes and this is when you become a simp, you'll work harder and harder to impress her if the hopes she'll notice your efforts and give you that sweet nectar.

Do not touch the office whore, always keep a firm line: "Sorry, I don't date co-workers" if she says something like "It wouldn't have to be dating;)" then just reply that it would be a bad idea or something, politely deny her. And make it seem that it really isn't your decision, that your hand is forced. Do not emotionally bond with her or emotionally invest in her, otherwise it will hurt you to see her touching and flirting with other guys. And that is something she can use to get her power rush, if you get jealous and start competing with other guys for her attention. Women enjoy power over men, if she sees you feeling hurt because of her she'll get a kick out of it.

Women chase men because they want the power over them, and the guys that are unattainable make them feel powerless and that is the reason they chase them(unless they can rationalize to themselves that the guy is of no use, or lowers their social status/power), they desperately need to feel powerful.
