I don't think you understand the meaning of mgtow. It doesn't mean people who wish they had girlfriends, it means people who have made a decision to not date because the rules are stacked against them. So when you say something like, "maybe if you changed to the way I think you should be because my way must be better, then you maybe might possibly get a girlfriend", this lands on deaf ears of people who don't want a girlfriend.

I myself am not a mgtow, I have been married for over a decade and have 3 beautiful kids. I do, however, respect their position.

You say you like to act like an ostrich and not think about men's rights. Please understand that you will wish you had if you are ever confronted with a divorce, have kids with a woman who decides to take the kids away, or get involved with domestic violence (which happens to men 40% of the time).

I also understand your desire to get a girlfriend, and there is nothing wrong with it. Please consider, however, that it is usually not a good idea to judge people who think differently than you, as you can never be 100% sure that your way of thinking is correct.

Half the guys here have gone through fairly acrimonious divorces. Go ahead and ask them about strong and positive relationships.

Others have been burned over and over by women and the men who blindly champion them.

Men commit 75% of the suicides. Men account for 93% of workplace deaths, 98% of the combat deaths. You could talk to those guys about how disgusting their misogyny is if they were still alive.

Why shouldn't men have a place where they can vent about men's issues? Reddit has a default subreddit devoted to women's issues.

As far as the image you have in your head about what the guys who post here are like, you are welcome to your bias. And you are welcome to troll and shitpost. But there are real conversations happening here and elsewhere about men's issues and they will continue without your approval.

I just feel like this is a good place to vent. I do realize doing so does waste such energy, but I just lack the will power to not acknowledge nonsense that I see from female coworkers, managers or customers I deal with on a day to day basis. It feels good being in a group that has similar experiences.
