I think the danger is real but it is severely overplayed. Women won't do anything if you just ignore them. They only want your attention if they perceive you to have high value. Don't play extra nice, they perceive that as ass kissing to get in their pants. Just be short with words yet polite and you'll be just fine. Do not stare at them or even glance at them.

I can't say that I have a phobia, but in our new age, super charged politically correct society, I keep a wary eye on everyone (but especially women and children). My first thought anymore, and I'm not proud to say this, is, "How on earth can this blow up in my face?". I tend to be a bit reclusive to start with, so It doesn't bother me to withdraw from most of society.

I know exactly how you feel. Just recently I'm standing in line at a store and right in front of me is a landwhale 20-something with orange hair, wearing leggings and flip flops (disgusting) - the very definition of a feminist SJW. As we wait in line, she's constantly turning back and looking at me and everyone else behind her with a sort of an aggressive paranoia.

Needless to say, until she reached the cashier, those had become the longest 8 minutes of my life.

i was shadowing a guy for a sales job and he had a female client. we sat in his office with the door open which isnt unusual but after she left he said to me im glad you stuck around for this appointment i dont like being alone around young women.

I feel like I'm among ticking time bombs when there's women around and try to get away subconsciously. I don't know but this certainly doesn't feel like very manly to me, not very MGTOW.

Let me answer that "unmanly" crap with one word:

Skunks

Say what? Yeah, skunks. Small little critters, generally about the size of a housecat. Claws and teeth to be sure, but nevertheless even if "vicious" are not exactly to be feared for that reason. Raccoons and assorted other vermin can in fact be significantly larger, be far more vicious, and yet no match for an adult man (or a big dog, or a bear, or any number of "muscular/masculine" types) -- in fact I have no problem confronting and driving off any NUMBER of Racoons, or other vermin.

But Skunks... those you (and dogs, bears, and etc) pretty much do everything possible to AVOID -- unless you can kill them from a )sizable) distance, you don't confront them or even try to drive them off... you just wait for them to "move along." And for DAMNED GOOD REASON.

Modern western women have -- in essence -- been "gifted" (by he justice system, the government) with "SKUNK" like status & powers. They can (now, presently) simply "spray" with a mere "accusation" -- anyone, at any time, entirely without cause -- and the "stench" from that can essentially destroy your life.

There is NOTHING "unmanly" about NOT wanting to get "sprayed" by a skunk.

The problem is we really CAN'T have a functioning society when 1/2 of the population have "skunk" status. And because of that, I assure you this state of things CANNOT (and WILL not) continue forever -- it WILL eventually change, women WILL lose their "skunk" privileges (or at least their ability to "freely" wander around with same) -- alas it may be a couple of more decades (most of our lives) before that changes.

I hear ya. My phobia seems to manifest in just wanting to avoid. I'm a low ranking male so my very presence is offensive to women. I can chose not to look at them or talk to them, but I still need to be at work and at other places just about daily. I keep it cool, I don't engage, and let them determine all aspects of interaction(when the conversation begins and ends, what the conversation is about).

If you're in public and visible to witnesses, I think it would be reasonable to relax and enjoy your surroundings. However, if you're in the print room at work and any female considered attractive walks in and there are no cameras nor witnesses, leave. Just get the fuck out. I do. I'm not interested and I can't afford a lawyer to deal with harassment accusations.

It's normal to a point. You probably realize how much your guard has been down and how careless you've been in the past. In addition, it's not just women you are vigilant about, but everything in general. You now see how thoroughly the world is built on and shot through with gynocentrism, and you know you have to watch your ass because what you know makes you the odd man out, and the knowledge alone won't necessarily protect you from women and our gynocentric system. Staying on guard is smart. Not dating or fuckig with or bothering with women is smart. It's the only protection MGTOW Offers - preventative medicine, but ideally you can spot it all, drear clear, without over stressing yoursel. Beig vigilant and protective of yourself is smart, and only a fool would disregard such preventative and hawkish measures, but you know better. That being said. You don't have to kiss their asses. Just be polite and to the point, and give them no glances or attention or anything beyond what's necessary.
