Yes.

It happened, as it was taught to me, "in the space between wakefulness and sleep."

It was legit. I truly astral projected.

Be sure to look up a rudimentary summary of "hypnagogia." And "sleep paralysis," which is closely related. (I'm not good at links, sorry)

This will explain everything, from succubi, to alien abductions, to OBEs and those wierd times when you are just lying there, about to fall asleep, and your whole body jerks for no reason.

If you really want to experience an astral projection, you will. But please understand that you dreamt it.

Yep. Once your astral body starts leaving your physical body, I'd imagine that's what death feels like.

My soul felt like I've been traveling 1000 lightyears an hour in a black void which looked like a dark universe.

I freaked out because i didn't want to encounter entities that I've heard about and came back to my physical body in full sleep paralysis. I kept my eyes shut to avoid seeing that shadow figure that walks towards you until I finally snapped out of it and finally grabbed my phone to get some light in the room.

I wish I wasn't such a pussy and traveled further info that dark void.

Trying it again tonight.
