There's actually some good takeaways and lessons to be learned from this post.

It shows what happens when you read a couple of posts off TRP and think Alpha means be an asshole. It leads you to be a keyboard warrior that's chuckling to himself like Beavis while he shames some internet slut thinking it makes him more masculine. If you can't stand your ground and hold frame without throwing insults then you're not Alpha. You're an angry Beta.
