Hey guys

This is probably the best place to post this question on reddit as I have worked in plenty of offices/large companies and am sick to death of the bullshit. Office politics, controlling women that brown nose, policing of language or personal opinion, salary positions or if your lucky an hour rate.

I am looking for a position/career that pays based on performance on the job. I'm not against re-training or learning a complete new skill although would prefer to avoid apprenticeships or over saturated fields.
