Women are incapable of understanding how much our kids mean to us. She doesn’t understand why I hate her fucking guts every time we swap our son. But when I take him it doesn’t seem to phase her. I’m usually a centered guy but this gets to me and hasn’t gotten any easier. Any advice?

I literally just got off the phone with my lawyer after my ex wife tried to say I can't have April vacation with my daughters due to the corona virus outbreak.

I am in a similar spot

These steps helped me. You may slip up and get pissed, but I've followed these steps pretty well. I've won a lot more than I've lost.

It's an on going thing dealing with an ex you have kids with.

- women are perfectly capable of understanding. They just choose not too. It's a sociopath lack of a conscience in them that society + feminism unleashed.

- battle her emotion with your logic. They are narcissistic in that regard so they'll feed on your emotion like a vampire getting fresh blood.

- Only think logically. That will allow you to win. breathe and allow these things to pass. Don't engage in her BS. Accept the fact that she will always be in your life.

- Accept the fact that you can't have productive conversations with her. You have peace of mind paying for a lawyer having the law behind your side and having leverage over me.

- never bash her to your son. The instinct to protect his mother will override him and you'll lose

THE ONLY LEVERAGE WE HAVE IN WINNING THIS WAR

- our only leverage is not caring. This is what MGTOW is all about. Over time he will see his mother for what she is. Case in point my six year old daughter already comments at how "mean" her mother is towards me.

As a person who spent almost 2 decades with a borderline wife, and realising all women are actually on a spectrum of emotional dysregulation - I have learnt that the best way to deal with a woman in an adverse situation is to give them the feeling that you are listening to their emotions and validating them. It DOES NOT mean you have to agree or do whatever she says. For a lot of them, what you do does not matter, how they perceive you caring for their emotions matters.

Some ways to diffuse a really bad confrontation - ask them how they are feeling, and whatever crap they say just listen and say "I see, thats how you are feeling, right". This does not mean you are agreeing that their feelings are rational, just acknowledging that they are feeling such and such.

If you can keep a woman feeling validated, a lot of crazy vindictiveness will reduce drastically. You do not need to do anything different, just don't bruise her ego.

I ended up losing all but 15% custody of my two children due to the on-call nature of my work. My ex wife re-married and this dipshit remained unemployed for six years living on her welfare and my child support. I had to battle a VERY strict company attendance polict, try ing to be a parent and having to battle my ex wife's bullshit behavior.

Honestly, if I being a father to my children and being there for them in adulthood wasn't a factor; If this was something that didn't involve children, say like alimony... I would have killed both my ex and her unemployed husband.

But if children weren't in the picture, I wouldnt be as angry. The money and double standards aren't what pisses me off. It is the literal theft of my kids.

But I getcha man. I know what you're feeling. You'll get through it. We all will. Just don't fuck with these women again. Let them fucking rot.

I can only tell from my life experience. But please you don’t have to agree. I just want to share how I dealt with loss. And perhaps it can help you somehow. I can tell a little about buddhism. Buddhism is all about losing attatchment. The reality is that you are suffering because of love. Loving someone is destructive, because when que cant express your love, you Will be frustrated. If you really love yourself, you Will be able to forgive and accept life how it is. If you cant see your kids, no problem. Just focus on meditation.

Life will smash really hard for having attatchments. Your kids are being taken care of. There are no worries. You can relax and enjoy living life. There is no need to being loved. As long as you have yourself and your kids have food and nursing, they are just fine without you.

A few thoughts. I have been through much worse than what you're going through -- think of the worst possible outcome short of death, and multiply it by three little girls, and that was me. What I learned:

There are no shortcuts. This will take a long time and hurt like hell. I spent the first year having daily discussions with myself over whether or not I should commit suicide. I'm serious.

You have to become a different person, with a different perspective. That takes time, and work, and forgetting.

Sleeping with other women helps. I don't know why, but anything that drives home the point that there are all kinds of other ways of being in the world is helpful. Your goal is to put this in perspective.

Drinking, drugs, and generally destructive/dumb shit does not help. Don't do it.

Take care of yourself, above all.
