You know it's sad that dogs are more 'complete' in this department than most humans, a dog will always be happy to see you for better or worse, no matter how old you get, no mater how poor or trodden life gets -- the tail is always wagging.
But humans? Not so much, they can be loyal to you if you have some utility for them to exploit, but they're really only loyal to your capabilities and not your person, which struggled so hard to find those capabilities, and for what? To be exploited by others who will take advantage of your hard work and guise their vanity as loyalty? I don't need that.
Part of me knows, for knowing what I know, that I can never approach a woman's love through my own power, because I'm aware that it is the power itself that she's primarily attracted to, and not my person. In knowing this hard truth, I know that the only thing I can really do is go my own way because I don't want to live in the lie of her love, which most people more than happily commit to since they reap the reward of sex, but I don't need sex, and it will never define who I am.

And alas, in general, only if & when they foresee some future utility which they intend and can envision themselves exploiting.
Past utility is generally forgotten (not in all cases, and not always entirely... but largely) -- and loyalty (with humans, especially the current crop) is seldom built on gratitude.

So wait, you're telling me that all those TRPers out there chasing improved SMV are just increasing their own utility for a woman's exploitation?
:D :D :D
Edit: Grammar

I suppose that the slutty creatures they are working so hard to impress, chasing after & preening in front of, and in essence sacrificing their lives for are, technically speaking, "women"* -- but I'm not certain the critters that are exploiting them really fit the full definition of a "woman" in any true sense of the word... and there are several other terms that seem to be much more fitting. Cf just about any "rap" (or I think it's called "hip hop") lyrics for those.
;-)
* Well at least they probably are, these days with the apparent increase in the various "male-to-fem" transitioning trannies around that may not be a 100% or even a 90% certainty -- they could occasionally be buying drinks & shit for, and getting BJ's from other dudes without being aware of it.

I have never met a single woman that can put a smile on my face as consistently as a purring cat. They dont even care if I fall over drunk, so long as there is a open can of friskies in my hand when I do. I think I'll go pet a kitten now.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
yes, they will leave you if they are not kept fed. I guess this is fair. ;-)

Cats I have owned in the past actually will bring you food too, mine brought me dead mice, its their way of providing too. More than I can say for some dumb twats.

hahaha - no joke, I have a cat too and it's super cool. Love that little kitty. Just need to deworm him, after he brings me half eaten gifts =)

Haha, the entire audience is laughing because they can't start crying. Very accurate set, but I honestly didn't laugh one time. I kept thinking, "Yep, that's not how I want to live my life..."
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
I laughed when I first heard it in my pre mgtow days but this time.... well this time not even Mr. Rock could make reality less discouraging.

I felt the same way about Dilbert. This shit ain't funny. It's sad.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Really?!? I love Dilbert. What aspect of it pushed you away?
[–]kurtu52 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It's truth. I felt like I was reading a comic strip done about a holocaust camp.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And today's Dilbert has a mansplaining joke in it. Sorry Scott but i cant support that kind of bullshit. I'll always remember your early work fondly.

He means that it's depressing due to the truth of it - we waste the majority of our lives sitting in cubicles making someone else rich.

You are all missing the symbolism disguised within the picture.
He gets fired (probably from a job he hates anyway) and the woman leaves him. It's in the last frame that his eyes are open which is a representation that as a man he is finally awake.

Hahaha
Remember, if you want loyalty marry a dog. These bitches have no heart.

I got fired today
Suddenly, 3000+ hours on battlefield with the bros.
