As part of health regimen, I do mountain biking, and I went today. Usually 6-7 miles. When I am done, I feel much better and much more optimistic, I encourage all mgtow guys to give it a try. Do it 3-4 times a week and you will get sufficient cardio and feel much better.
(Mountain biking is not really what I want to talk about here, but I will preface this to add, if you want to do this, definitely DO NOT buy a shit bike at walmart. Go to a good bike store and get yourself a quality built bike, usually will run you 400-500 dollars. It will cost more but you will have a good bike that will be safer, last a long time, and you will be much happier with it)
Anyway, during my rides, I like to watch other people on the trails. The vast majority of other bikers are men, riding alone. I would say about 8 out of 10 riders I come across fall in this category. Are these mgtow men? Or single betas? They are alone. The others riders are group riders or couples. One interesting thing I noticed about couples, is the woman always rides in front of the man. Is there an underlying meaning in that? I see very few single women bike riders. Almost all the men I pass give a friendly nod or wave, almost none of the women I come across do.
For some of you long time readers of this group, you might recall that I posted one experience I had riding this same trail. I was under a different alias then. A pair of colored hair, tumblr-style feminist/lesbians. They were walking a vicious little dog. One of these lesbians actually chased me with her dog LOL. That was the only bad experience I had. I never saw those two again.
I've come across a couple of snakes and eastern box turtles while riding, that's always a highlight. There's a lake I pass, sometimes I see Yellowbelly Slider turtles basking in the sun on the banks. That's super cool.

400 - 500 $ for a bike? Seems quite cheap, for regular use i would buy something in the 1500 - 2000 $ range, depending on if want a hardtail or a full suspension bike.
The majority of cyclists are men, take a look at bike messengers, 98 % are male, for men cycling is something to have fun, get fit and bust their ass till they nearly collapse, for women it is usually a method to get around town, cycling as sport is work for them. I'm an avid cyclist for more than half of my life, it's a way for me to shut down my brain from thinking about anything, so it is relaxing as fuck for me.
I like cycling because you can do it at anytime of the day, you don't need to depend on others, and if you like to cycle alone (which i do) you don't have to hold back for someone else, those men who ride together with their women usually are the one that are cycling for more years, more miles per year and so on, so they ride behind their women that those won't get left behind, imagine that bitching from a women that couldn't keep up "you left me alone ... blablabla... blablabla"
