Those rooms aren't actually free or discounted. Things are expected, I 'm as displeased with women as anyone, but to actually think any of those posts end up being a good deal is laughable.

Aren't a lot of those just other woman wanting to live with woman? It's hard to date someone if you have a "Room mate" of the opisite gender, so their are valid reasons why same sex cohabitation is attractive.

if you go to any website offering rent, you'll find that not only this is true, these offers are also the majority. as a male it's hard to find one for reasonable price.

Yeah its like a prostitution trade. Even if they dont discuss terms in the open, more then likely the guy will make a move and if the women doesnt put out or at least blow, she will be out on her ass.
