Dear OP,

There was no love from the beginning. Just the illusion of it. MGTOW is about living for yourself instead of wasting your life and resources on some fluffy pink dream.

Does it make you happy to have women? Then by all means, go ahead. There is no need to be MGTOW if you are satisfied with them.

I am not. Women are so shallow, it makes relationships with them feel meaningless.

The feminist movement has repeatedly stated that men are not entitled to expect love. Take them at their word and stop expecting it.

No, I am not being sarcastic. Do I pine for a galaxy class star cruise? A 75 ton battle mech? The ability to cast bolts of lightning with a small glass rod and some fur? No, becouse these things are stories, they are not real.

If love existed, then all humans would be entitled to it. I am a human. I am not entitled to love. Love does not exist.

Your desire for love from women is natural so dont feel bad about having it. The feeling is natures way of making men subservient to the breeding caste by addicting them to a sensation that can be unilaterally removed if they stop providing.

Who told you that you were broken? Incomplete? Less than whole?

Never internalize the insecurities of others - it's poison. Of course it feels unsure, pining, shallow, meaningless, and incomplete; it's a goddamn lie that a man needs the love of a woman.

Unfortunately, the lie is sold to boys while they're still dependent on the "love" of their mothers [or maternal instinct not to kill their babies, which we can observe how strong of an instinct it truly is in modern woman through the rates of infanticide].

At a tender and impressionable age boys are told they are broken (and sometimes told that they are broken girls).

You are not incomplete - you do not need a woman to complete you.

Grow wise. Grow yourself. And grown in the warm light of your own love.

You are an autonomous, independent man. You are not missing your "better half", nor "soul mate", nor "feminine side" - it's a sales job! They stole your confidence! The world is chalk-full of confidence-artists, or con-women (and con-men who perpetrate the the lie that "behind every great man is a woman.", "They lived happily ever-after", and all that bullshit).

They want you to be a toy-soldier. They want you to be a slave. They want you to be a worker-drone; to provide for their life-style obsession.

They have no idea what the nature of love is (those people who lied to you and made you feel less than whole)!

Love is an involuntary response to perceived virtue.

They told you (all through your childhood, in countless media formats) that women were better... somehow more virtuous; worth saving, as princesses; strong women, like every comicbook heroine who can [unrealistically] take down a man twice her size in hand-to-hand combat; that the virtue of women was ethereal and special and somehow mysterious; that there was this thing called a "feminine side", and that only women could truly love.

It's bullshit!

Like ManWomanMyth said; men don't have "feminine sides" a man can love and nurture and he's not "getting in touch with his feminine side" - as if women had a monopoly on virtue.

I find that the vast majority of women lack any true empathy, and are, thus, incapable of romantic love.

I find that women often lack the virtues that male screenwriters pour into their characters.

Though my biology lusts for ample breasts, a good hip-to-waist ratio, and a mucus-y muscular hole, along with the smell of female sex-hormones and metabolites - I do not misinterpret lust for love.

And I caution you not to misattribute to women virtues that they may not posses - there is no virtue "by virtue of" a person being a woman.

...Unless you think that vagina is inherently virtuous and worth love - then use proper word of lust.

Be absolutely critical of the traits you love - learn the vital aspect and identify any critical failures in your thinking. Use methodological questioning; ask, for instance, "why do I think I need the love of women? What is the nature of love? What are traits that I love? Where do those traits arise? Why do I think that only women posses those traits? Do they, in fact, posses those traits as observed in real people? Am I feeling lust, or is it a different thing that I'm feeling? What are my biases and associations with these things I've identified?"

Women often hate being judged and often say "don't judge" - that's dumb, don't listen to them.

Judge.

Judge fully. Use your best judgement; judge yourself, and others; be judicious in your actions.

The only people who choose to be public, yet who don't want you to judge them - are guilty of something.

I'd say, with the hundreds of billions of dollars worth of makeup out there - that women are guilty of fraud. I think I'm rightly suspicious of a group of people who regularly put on false faces.

Just... Please, for your own sake, ask yourself some basic questions.

So, I kind of get the "feels so shallow and meaningless" that you refer to. I was feeling something similar 3 months into my MGTOW journey. Then I got laid this weekend, after a long self-imposed dry spell. With a woman 10 years younger than I am. Might turn into an extended friends with benefits. She seems to know the score.

And I feel a lot better about myself now. The hell with self imposed dry spells...

Why would you pine for something that, at a concrete and economic level, is abusive?

You are whole right now, you just have to give yourself permission to feel that way. When you size it all up at the end of the day, your existence is not dependent on female validation. Thats what they're selling, and we ain't buying.

If you look into MGTOW and still feel hollow and meaningless, you're not doing it right. You have your whole complete autonomy to develop your own meaning and your own passions. You don't need anyone else, male or female, to valid that.
