Hell I was 27 when I left my parents house and bought my own, never had any issues with bringing women back to my parents house, cause there wern't any ha!

He has to do what's best for him. I'm not sure that rushing into the housing market is ever a good idea - I know a lot of people who are just recovering from the last housing market crash and at 29 it's kinda silly to be motivated by the interests of women, that's something that should lose its allure by the time you leave college.
