So, last month I posted the following thread that I received many good replies to, despite a few assholes. http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/1ipnun/got_tlevel_test_results_absolutely_lowest_end_of/

30 days ago I went to my general physicial and got my T-count tested. My results were:

335 ng/dL, with 300-1080 ng/dL being the normal rage. My Dr. had told me that because my levels are on the very low end of "normal", he wouldn't recommend any replacement therapy but that I could see a urlogist if I wanted to. This advice from him feels off because these are the T-levels of a 75 year-old man and I'm only 32! Even if it's within the very lowest "normal" range - that's still no way for a young man to live.

I got a lot of positive advice on this board to work hard in the gym, eat red meat and high cholesterol foods, get good rest, etc. All stuff known to improve T-counts.

Since then I have done the following:

  1. 8-8.5 hours of sleep per day.
  2. 3000 calories a day - no processed foods. No canned/frozen foods.
  3. At least .5lb of red meat a day (plus lots of turkey/chicken/fish)
  4. Weight lifting in gym 3 days a week, one day of bodyweight training a week.

I saw my Urologist (same guy who gave me my vascetomy 3 years ago, I trust him) yesterday and got my T-counts tested again.

This time they came back at 267 ng/dL. FUCK. What is going on here? The urlogist said that T-levels fluxuate from day to day so maybe that test 30 days ago when I socred 335 was a "high T" day for me.

The urologist has given me some options:

  1. clomiphene citrate pills to induce testicles to produce more T (never heard of this option before ...anyone have experience or insight?)
  2. Gel
  3. Patch
  4. Injections

I will first and foremost be taking advice from my urologist (I'd be stupid not to), but I'm really interested in any personal experiences or suggestions that the T-conscious members of this site might have.

Thanks, tb.
