Change your major. I've worked along side nurses (have my RN but went the medic route), the feminazi crap and workplace politics are worse than toxic. It can be a little better in the ER but not much.

Either push into Administration or directly towards your MD if you want to stay in healthcare.

Otherwise, figure out your end career goal first and then you can draw your path to get there.

But im almost failing nursing school. Why? Because i hate it and i dont care.

I know that feel, m8. My major is liberal arts right now and I'm not doing so well in a few of my classes because, like you, I hate them and I just don't fucking care anymore. I feel like all I'm doing is wasting my time on classes that probably won't help me much in the long run.

Once I finish this semester I plan on getting a full-time job at a retail store or something and taking some time off school to think about what I really want to do with my life. If I do think of it, I'll try going back to school for a few years and see where that gets me.

You have arrived at the conclusion that you hate your current career track. You are in it for money and due to the notion that it's 'successful.'

Right there I can tell you, you're in for a life of misery if you go any further. Many people make the mistake of doing things 'just for the money' which, from a rational standpoint is perfectly fine. But if the catch is that it involves doing something that you'd rather not do? You're better off walking away.

If you opt to remain a bachelor, even easier. You needn't worry about making a lot of money to impress some materialistic parasite who's been inundated with feminism. You can instead live for yourself, which will take a huge weight off of your mind.

How much do you have left of school? If a semester or two I think you should finish it, get some money in the field and then learn something different. However, if you just started, then just leave it behind.

Some things to consider:

You are currently in nursing school...how long until you finish?

If you just have a year or so to go, stick it out and get that degree. Just get that degree, even if your final GPA is just above passing mark.

Once you are out of school, you don't have to work as a nurse. That degree can open doors for you in business or in other fields. You could then pursue graduate studies in some other health related discipline that attract fewer females (too many to name, but medical tech is one area to consider). There are nursing jobs outside of hospitals, and in places where there are few women co-workers. After graduation, you could try to get work as a paramedic, be a medic in the oil patch, be a health consultant for wealthy individuals, teach nursing overseas, work in the insurance industry....hell, having that degree would open so many doors.

If you have just started to study at nursing school and have at least three more years ahead before graduating, then you should seriously consider changing your major to something you will enjoy doing.

Leaving school is an option too. You could find an apprenticeship for a trade without any women in it like HVAC or Plumbing..

My local hotels waitresses and manager have caused my coworkers and I to go elsewhere for sports entertainment. We ask that they switch to a particular game and they purposefully do something else. All because we are not drooling all over ourselves and begging for their attention. We take our business elsewhere. And 2/3 of them look like shit btw.

Medical tech (radiology, pharmacy, etc.). Easy to train for, easy to do, and always in demand.

Think about the various companies that provide the infrastructure (hardware, software, services) that you use as an RN in your day to day work. Use your intimate knowledge of these things to either build your own business to compete with these providers or to find a position developing, selling or servicing one of these products or services.

Easier said than done, I know, but that is one way to make use of all your time and effort you've spent in your field while taking a different path.

being tested on what you're not taught: this is to weed out & pressure people. It could be bullshit but then again, it could mean you need to try harder, be smarter and it's expected some over-performers will.

Nursing isn't easy.

If you can do try to figure out what you do give a shit about enough that you won't fail at it, what you like plus what you're actually good at.

Im pretty good looking and emotionally mature and have no desire to impress any of them, and they resent me for it.

Stop caring even what they think, like or dislike about you, anything, ever outside of work requirements.

I need a change in my life. Thing is, i dont really know what to do.

Then try anything at random that seems to have potential value.
