I know for a fact society can function fine with alcohol and drugs and gambling and men. Women need men to have order. Men create order.

Men can do the jobs women do, not the other way around, and men can create machines to do the jobs women did (e.g. washing machine, secretary) now and more in the future.

Whereas men still are majority tax payers, scientists, engineers, etc.

All tasks currently performed by women should be able to be performed by men or machines (either now, or soon).

However, the female genotype is more robust than the male. Whilst some might advocate for a gendercide, the fact is that having those genes in that configuration is useful. It is not enough to simply bank them, as they would no longer be subject to evolutionary forces. A dynamic reservoir in addition to banking would be ideal.

The whole obsolescence of gender discussion is interesting from the point of view that it applies equally to both genders. A matriarchal society would be a much slower society, but it would still function. A patriarchal one would be faster, but it would probably be more aggressive across the board too. I suspect a female society would be collectivist, a male one individualist.

What concerns me is that the male and female have evolved in tandem, and thus the absence of one may highlight important aspects that we have previously been unaware of. You take away 50% of the system then there's bound to be run on effects.

Society could function without men. But it could not advance. It would rapidly devolve into a primitive society. But a society nonetheless

I'm assuming you mean technological innovation and infrastructure(roads, electricity, construction, water, food, etc). In that case, society already essentially has been functioning without women since the dawn of society.

If all the women in the world quit their jobs, a lot of businesses would lose massive amounts of money and close down,many services and jobs would have to be significantly restructured and replaced by men or technology (ie video based lessons for schools) and there would definitely be a significant impact, but ultimately society would recover in short order. But If all men quit their jobs...modern society as we know it would crumble, and it would do so at a staggeringly fast rate.

Now society in general would function either way, but a society of only women would quickly devolve into something technologically and structurally primitive.

In a world without women, my garbage would still get collected, a plumber would still show up if I need one, electricity would still be available to me, my car would still get maintained, as would the roads I drive it on, etc. The only thing women do with their equal opportunity is get wymyns studies degrees and bitch about men 24/7. They serve no actual purpose.

Of course. Men build all the roads, they invent the chemicals, they develop the theories, they apply the theories, they maintain everything that was built by all that work, they invent the systems BEHIND the maintenance, they made the tools that make all of it easier. Women had practically no hand in creating the modern world in its form.

To give you an example: In hunter/gatherer culture, kids had no "dad". How? well: There were orgies. And after these orgies, months later, woman pops out the baby, and only that woman knows he or she is her child. Father is unknown, actually the whole tribe was "dad". Only woman knows that child is hers because she saw it at birth, as a result of it, the men of tribe treats every kid as their own; they teach them how to hunt, how to do certain tasks, etc. And that's it. No divisions, no fighting over women. Treating every kid in the tribe as good as possible because the success/survival of that tribe depends on that.
