At this moment, your options are surrogacy or paying a woman to be pregnant. The latter option works well in underdeveloped countries.

Buy eggs from a fertility clinic and hire a surrogate. Make sure your lawyer draws up the surrogacy contract for you. The surrogate should not be added as the mother to the birth certificate.

Someone else posted a response to a similar question about how to pursue this in the US. Something about using artificial insemination with a donor egg, and a surrogate to carry it (based in New York as there is some kind of legal benefit - research needed to confirm). I thought it was also recommended that your home state was far away.

Expense proposition all around.

Whatever you do, don't adopt. I've friends who adopt and they just don't get along with their adopted kids. It's stressful for them.

Im actually happy this got brought up. Its peculiar as fuck, I'll be turning 27 in January and I have this wierd urge to have a kid at one point. Its more pronounced then ever, but alas women remain an issue.

Same. I'm hoping laws change so it becomes easier for men to adopt as I get older. I've considered surrogacy but as stupid as it may sound, I don't like the 50% chance that I'll get a daughter.
