Thats because they are about to lose a bro. A friend of mine that we would see at least twice a week, got married 2 years ago. In 2 years we have seen him maybe 20 times. When I brought this up, I triggered every cucked up switch in his head, and he blamed me and all his friends for the change.

Its fucking sad to say this, but I almost want him to get divorced just so he comes crawling back and tells us how much he hated it. Because right now, his pride and ego wont let him speak the truth

no, marriage is a good idea. if you are broke with absolutely no assets, property or cash to take and plan to never have kids and be in servitude with your child support payments and don't mind a nagging pig beast yelling at you. in those circumstances marriage is ok.

As a person who has seen well working marriages, this one won't be one. Literally two marriages I have seen work out, the other 10 I have attended, 30+ I've been around, have started with something like this.
