I'm considering bringing piano into my rotation of hobbies, but every time I finishing "playing", I get the same feeling I used to get after playing video games: "That was fun, but I have nothing to show for it."

I can't help thinking I should be using my time more wisely. I don't plan to make money from it, entertain others, etc. Hell, I don't even like LISTENING to live music.

Should I put the instrument(s) aside?

Man I really want to learn the piano. Is it too late to start learning at 25? I blew the chance when I was a kid to learn I was too interested in playing the drums but I think the piano sounds beautiful.
