It’s crazy man! I go into the engineering library on the top floor in College to avoid the distracting thots because it’s like a damn strip with the way they dress in the other library, and there’s no way I’m gonna concentrate with college thots walking around with no bra on. So then weeks later, I start seeing blondies with full midriff showing and navel piercing and all these other girls wearing really short shorts walking around, or at the library talking to their boyfriends or whatever he is. Sometimes I wonder if they really want us to study, or they just want us at the gym lifting and giving them more attention. Cause damn, I can’t concentrate for these exams and the thots have now migrated into the nerdy parts of campus. Then before they sit down next to you or across from you they pause for about a second like they’re having having second “thots” before sitting next to you. Lmao!

Bro it's worse in the gym! I went in to blow some steam and was generally going about my business and I have this thing where if I'm in the gym my focus is on my work out and so forth my gaze is directly forwards of me when I'm training. Queue girls looking for attention; making my way to the water fountain to fill my bottle there we have 2 girls who obviously have no interest in gyming they're there for attention so I just look in the direction of the next t.v. till they walk off, moments later I'm doing some dips by the bar and there's a mother and her teenage son in the vicinity of me I try to focus on what I'm doing and get on with it, I'm mid dip and I feel there's something looking at me but staring and its coming from the direction of the mother but I finish what I started and move on, later on I'm walking to my spot about to do some push ups there's the typical "fit gym chick" with bold pattern yoga pants, crop top, doing whatever the fuck she was doing I look towards my shit but in my peripheral I can see her checking me out and all I did was move to the next spot. That kind of thing has become common place and it's not out of the ordinary to have some woman clearly see me using some piece of equipment or space and ask if she can use it or just take it

You're doing it right though. Your attention should be expensive to earn. And somehow that makes women look at you instead. It's nice to put a price on attention.
The only people I truly give attention at the gym are the guys who are rocking it and show their pain face while busting out reps.

Gotta respect a man getting the work out in no matter what, I respect people that are clearly focused like the mother her kid was doing some insane gymnastics like he was upside down whilst his hands were fastened to rings whilst he used his core to stabilize himself it was impressive. On the attention front I saw it somewhere don't know if it was here or not but something along the lines of "you remove a woman's power when you don't give her attention" and it resonated with me so much I changed my whole perspective on women because it reigns true

Let me tell you something. This goes along with what I’ve learned so far. I’m 18 years old, and all throughout middle and high school women treated me like shit. I’ve always been tall and I think I am just average looking though. But I was super insecure when I was younger and because of that I never talked to girls and didn’t know how to act around them, so I just ignored them. Because I ignored hem I didn’t give them any attention and they all treated me like absolute SHIT. Like WOW. Really unhelpful for a kid trying to learn how to impress girls when I was 14 years old, and just getting shit on by them. I’m free now though because I realized I don’t need their attention, and now I just laugh at my friends who put in all this work trying to “spit game” and talk to girls and impress them with all this fucking work and I just sit on the sidelines enjoying the show. So yes, depriving women of attention is going to remove their power but they don’t like it I found from personal experience.

I no longer feel any excitement working out in the gyms anymore.
Almost all of the gyms in my city are poorly ventilated. Working out at any hours past 7 am is impossible unless you feel like you are Adonis Creed prepping up for a fight with Viktor Drago. It's super fricking hot.
Air-conditioning? What? Gym management seems to prefer skipping that in favor of installing stereo speakers and blasting MTV trash hip hop non-stop echoing through the whole place. Dude, I am in the gym to work out, not to listen to music!
It gets so packed with people during the only cool hours in the gym, that I have to line up and wait to use the spots. Obstruction is a big turn off for me exercise. If want to get down and do deadlifts, I want to do it NOW.
Plus the whole environment is just so incondusive for any social interaction to take place. The music is so frickin' loud people are wearing ear plugs everywhere and isolating themselves.
Nowadays I just do calisthenics alone at the playgrounds and parks. No distracting music. No stuffiness. No queuing for spaces.

Fellow calisthenics warrior I feel you! What I realised is that ever since I stopped weight lifting and moved to only bodyweight training it's been so much more enjoyable mainly because there's no competing for spots or having to go to and fro from the weight rack, there's no random chicks walking across me when I'm lifting and checking my form in the mirror and more than anything there's no fucking dealing with the kids who are there to do everything but work out or the guys that are there to show off and have their egos masturbated in the mirror. In my section it's literally me, myself and the bars and that's how I fucking like it fuck everyone else because they're just a distraction
