Oh we realize professional relationships with women are possible but the risk to reward ratio just isn't ideal now is it, we don't lose anything from avoiding women but we could lose everything for interacting with them. #MeToo can't be reversed, they've planted it into society and it's here to stay so men are going to do the best thing they can for themselves and avoid women.

Of course, MeToo was initially a handy misdirection, from Hollywood Pedo's to the, already well-known, casting couch. The fact that the casting couch also includes men, skipped over.

So yeah, fuck MeToo. The feminists jumped on it, and here we are. It could actually be a positive for dudes in the workplace, as they are now learning to defend themselves. Do NOT go on trips with womens alone, or even lunch. Frankly, avoid the office party, if you are ambitious (I'm not). As to mentoring, puh-lease. Mentoring may be a thing in leadership circles (of which I will never be part). But most dudes have never been mentored in their lives.

I dunno, what do womens think mentoring is? Is the mentor expected, once training complete, to just step aside, give the women his job, then commit seppuku? I've worked in jobs which are just absurdly competitive. Even at the low level I was working at, there was a lot of flexing, corporate games, shaftings, and nobody helped me do jack shit. I left, after the flexing just got a bit too alpha. But that's how work can be. This mentoring shit is just a bizarre fixation from stupid ass princess types.

The safest option is to take away the risky luxury women previous enjoyed until they clean up their act.

Avoiding women in the name of protecting women could hold the same blind strength and deaf strength feminism has when mentioned the decades old debunked wage gap.

Men could ally together to form a group so big that protects them and yet completely avoids them. If men came out first and controlled it, it would be embraced by the business world.

It appears its already done however on individual basis which holds much more power. What is a company to do; force men to interact with women and risk his entire career?

If they solve the individual unstoppable effort now, the massive group male effort should be done.

The article is a bit misleading because there is still a huge bias in favor of hiring young attractive women, just not quite as much as in the past. SJW's are kinda right when they say that if you are privileged, equality feels like oppression.
