I don’t feel like going

Good thing Christianity doesn't operate on feelings.

Legit they changed staff and the leaders are now 7/8 guys and one legit cuck. Really frustrating, was talking with the male leaders that where suppose to go. And I think we talked for about like 2hours in the phone. Just talking about male leaders and how it’s important, for young men to have male leaders. But duo to covid 19 he had to drop out along with 3-4other males.

If there are going to be less good male role models for the mission, then it's up to you to be a good one. This is a good opportunity to practice what you know to be true that will help both men and women: godly masculine male role models.

1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. 14 Let all that you do be done in love.

This is not a bad thing. This is a good opportunity. A challenging one, but a good one nonetheless.

It is wrong for me to think this way? When it comes to serving in mission

YES! Because your mission isn't about where you go. That's just context. Your mission is to make disciples wherever you are. Some people go to do that, some people stay to do that.

The reality is: you can't actually make a disciple on a 2-week mission trip. It took 3 years. Are we so arrogant to believe we can do in 2 weeks what he spent 3 years doing - and it took him that long even with his top picks of all the people following him at that point. You're going to go among strangers and think you're somehow going to meet someone brand new, not really have much selective option in who you meet with, and think you can accomplish anything at all?

Short-term "missions" trips are not about the people you're going to meet. Every pastor I've ever spoken with about this issue ultimately agrees with me on this (often begrudgingly, as they like to hold onto their fantasy notions for as long as possible). That's not to say they're bad or fruitless. The fruit just isn't in the people at the destination. It's in what happens in your own heart as a result of you going. It's about you seeing that there's a broader world out there that needs the Gospel and how you can have a global vision through even local mission.

You don't want to go on the trip? Don't go. Or do. It really doesn't matter. Whether you go or not doesn't change the fact that you have a mission right where you are. Are you going to accomplish it or not?

It sounds like you have some male staff leaders who you are interested in being mentored by. Consider reaching out to them and communicating that you would like to be discipled. Often men in the church are already looking for those opportunities and will be happy to help you out.

Also consider posting in the weekly OYS threads, lots of guys here who give really solid advice.
