Is there an elaborate critique of the core red pill theories about how men and women "actually" are?

There's no need for an elaborate critique. It's mostly logical fallacies (such as appeal to nature fallacies), emotional abuse tactics, and cult bigotry. TRP falls on it's face easily enough if you're not emotionally invested in it.

I thought the main critique of red pill is that men and women actually are unique, not one size fits all, or rules or theory-based. So I don't know how there could be core theories or books about it when each person likes different things and behaves differently.

Depends on the theories. There's as much truth in there as lies. That's how it works. If you stick to the script (lift and get fit, eat well, have a mission, and treat women poorly) then yes, you will acquire more sexual partners who often have poor self images and try really hard to please you out. It won't make you happy though.

I mean, I think the basis of it is actually reasonable. "Men and women are different; actually talking to women will help you get laid; being in shape will make you more attractive; etc" are all fairly reasonable things.

The problem is, you have these ideas being passed around by guys who have been badly hurt by women in the past, and everything gets twisted into "women are evil"...

As a woman I find some of the ideas are so far from what I think, feel and act that it makes me think the amount of women that actually interact with with tiny.

They say "AWALT" but that can be extended to so many things that are arguable just as wrong but even more hurtful. I don't go into it because I have no desire to sprout racist or sexist lies. We are all unique and are shaped by the lives we have lived and the choices we make instead of what's in between our legs.

I would not leave a partner for someone better unless the relationship was unhealthy. I want to be loved honestly, I don't care about money and if I found someone who loved me unconditionally then I wouldn't care how much they spent on the ring or how the wedding went.

But going by the red pill because I'm a woman I'm a liar so what I say to you has no worth to you or anyone else.
