I am overweight. I have lost 200 pounds and am working to lose more so that I am no longer overweight but, in the meantime, I have never let my weight (after the initial monumental weight loss) stop me from talking to and bedding attractive women. You basically need to just convince yourself, and then eventually believe that your looks are just fine, or great, and then let your charm and confidence take the reins.
