Sorry OP, it just needs to be vented. The fact that your gut already tells you you might "come off insecure" is really all you need to know. You can't control or force women to do things. It has to be changed by them organically because it is in line with them other fearing losing you, or them realizing they are stepping out of line on their own. Whenever a woman knows something makes you feel uncomfortable because you had to lay it out on the table, it's a 180 behavior from the steel-framed man she thought she was hanging out with. Subconsciously, it will turn her off to you.

It's like dating an ideal, thoughtful, well-mannered submissive girl, and after like 3-4 months she decides to start burping out loud and freely passing gas. Even if you want to be opening minded and not so stuck up about her habits to be nice, it won't change the subconscious feelings of your innate disgust for these new behaviors and your inevitable want to dump her.

Lot of girls these days post bikni or workout pictures on social media and I think if you are uncomfortable with this then your relationship is not gonna last long. As people gonna like or comment to her pictures and that gonna mess your head up.
