Shave your neck hair twice a week
Learn to cut your own hair, trim once a week
Nose hair trimmer. Nuff said.
Use bar soap and anti-acne face wash daily, moisturize face after shower
Find a deodorant that stops sweating and smell good (I use clear gilette)
Wash your sheets once a week *

There are lots of things you can do... but I’d suggest before you reach your 20’s you might want to experiment with different hair styles and haircuts & see which is works best for your head shape, facial structure and lifestyle. Nothing worse than a grown man with kid hair! Lol not really a product... but if your hair is shit, sometimes products will just make you look even worse.

Sunscreen/face moisturizer is the most important if you want to look young for a long time. Exfoliating is also good for removing dead skin and looking fresh.

Someone go to skincare addiction subreddit and learn. If anything go into a Sephora and ask someone to help. Literally say hello I want to understand the skin on my face and is someone willing to help me. They don’t work on commission and many women will be happy to show you around and what things do.

Grab a face wash, and face moisturizer with sunscreen for starts.

Hair: Natural shampoo and conditioner. Do not wash with hot water. Warm is OK. No need to be rough with your hair in the shower. Hair is most fragile when wet. No towel drying. Be careful with heat products. Ideally you would not be blow drying at all.

A lot of girls take scolding hot showers and wash their hair in it as well. Then blow dry the shit out of it and straighten every other day. Then they'll go and bleach it and wonder why they have split ends and burned hair.

You'll have healthier hair than most girls.

Face: Wash face and moisturizer in the morning and before bed. I recommend Neutrogena oil free moisturizer SPF 15. You can get an acne cleanser as well. Get a tretinoin prescription if you have acne. Any derm or doc can get you it.

Change your pillowcases often. I change mine every night. I grew up with terrible acne and that helped me a lot.

Lifestyle:
- work on your physical activities really well and incorporate them to your lifestyle and routines

- watch what you eat because it really does have effects on your skin, appearance, and health

- don't smoke, vape, drugs, binge drink, those really have long-term implications to your appearance and health as well

Products:
- get a good and trusted barber, once you do, don't cheat on them

- conditioner and good quality shampoo really goes a long way

- fresh smelling body wash plus bar soap is good too, don't get a strong scented body wash

- besides brushing your teeth three times a day, make sure to floss properly too - investing in a waterpik is also good

- good subtle deodorant is better than the strong scented axe body sprays any day

- clean your ears and toe/fingernails when they get too long

Overall, products won't compensate for a good and healthy appearance if you're living an unhealthy lifestyle

CeraVE for a facial cleanser. Use it when you shower. Moisturizes and cleanses. Wear sunscreen. I am 31 and I know several friends who didnt when they were in their 20s, and now have skin cancer.
