Ill sum it up the best i can. Last year around sept i started to get pain in my left lower abdomen and left testi it hurt a lot when standing or sitting. Fast forward a little i got checked out no stds or anything. Was given antibiotics for possible epididymis. A little later pain still persisted and was unbearable. Started to not get morning erections, and loss of sex drive even denied my then gf of sex for the first time in my life. Went to another urologist was given stronger antibiotics and a few weeks later started to feel relief.

However now after doing all the test T levels checked blood checked urin checked ct scan of abdomen semen culture done. Everything can back good with high T levels over 800. I am still not getting morning erections or random erections. I am able to get hard and able to finish, but its not as firm as it was before all of this happen. I miss waking up with a very strong erections and miss wanting to have sex.

As of right now i still feel discomfort in my left testi sometimes, and tbh it looks like my testical have become smaller. I did a self check and found that my left sperm cord feels kind of bumpy and a little large my right however feels smooth like nothing is there. Now im thinking i have a varicocele thats causing my problems.

Am i just overthinking this because of how much pain i was in? Am i just looking for something to be wrong with me to make myself feel better? I just dont have anyone else to talk to about this. I am 26 years old and my sex drive was thriving just last year. I should also note that i never had a problem with sex never had anxiety about it.
