First date is on me (always coffee)

Second is at my house. (Groceries on me, she brings the wine)

Third at hers. (Cooking on her, I bring the wine)

After that I make sure to balance. If I want to go OUT and visit a nice restaurant, because yes im an foodie, I take the girl with and its on me, I dont expect anything because I enjoy this.

As long as I enjoy it and can afford it, its fine.

if it's something minor, doesn't mean anything to you, and you're not doing it to be "nice", then go ahead. for example, dropping $10 on cheap nights at the movies

On dates i pay. If you can't pay because of financial issues, then find a way to make more money. If they come to my place i pay for the food and drink we bring too.
