I don't see the connection between men on dating apps, and choosing a female only college.
If she is implying that men sexually harass, due to her experience of being sexually harassed on a dating app; then ones needs to ask what she expected by going on a dating app. Because, people go on dating apps predominantly looking for sex. Therefore, there is a high probability that men approached her sexually on dating apps.
If this is her reason for choosing a female only college, then the premise behind her conclusion is presupposed on a falsehood; i.e., that men are likely to sexually harass her at college because men sexually harassed her on a dating app.
In conclusion, either she made an illogical decision to choose a female college based on her experience on a dating app; or, she choose a female only college because the female only college had special programs for females. Special programs that possibly had a lower standard of requirement than a regular college would have had.
