This seems ahead of its time for the 1940s, never heard of James Joyce before so thank you for that. I will be looking into his work thoroughly. Shocker he never got married! Jesus was not single. He married Mary Magdalene. In the bible, she is named as his companion. This is pretty well known unless you're wrapped up in the Catholic dogma of theology. These comments are hilariously ignorant.
