Don't have experience in that time frame, but all I've read on trp / saw irl boils down to this:

Keep being high-value. Don't become a lazy ass, stop exercising, make less money or stop being attractive to other women. If you have other options it means you're a good catch and she'll want to stick around;
Don't go soft. Don't appease her too much, have shit go your way aka keep having being the lead. Just becaus you like and trust her she isn't an unicorn. If you give submisive / beta signals she'll start mounting on you like you're horse, then lose respect, then fuck you over.

You need to be as prepared as if you were to find out tomorrow that she's been cheating on you with that friend she told you not to worry about. Keep lifting, keep your game up, keep approaching, have potential plates lined up. You need to put yourself in a position where you would be minimally affected if the relationship were to end. Surprisingly, by having one foot out the door, that is when she is most attracted to you and the relationship is best.

Practice spending healthy time away from her (this means texting as well) with ways like hanging out with your bros. I'm guessing you're already doing this but it helps to focus on what you are doing right so you can keep on doing that thing

You want her to always feel that she will be missing out if she fucks it up.
