I’m 22 years old, 5’10 ish, 145-150 pounds. I’m already very lean and people always over guess my weight to be like 160 at least and some even say towards 180, and are always surprised once I tell them my true weight.

So I tested my levels and found out from a scale of 240-950ish, I scored a 726. So what does this mean in terms of reality, obviously a doctor won’t recommend me jump on unless it’s an alarming low level. I would love to be at least 170 and my long term goal is at least 190LB.

Am I already in a good spot? Or could jumping on something be useful? I also had routine blood work, everything came back normal and hormones were normal. I do have some anxiety and depression. I believe everyone’s situation is unique, so what might you guys notice that I am not, such as potential side effect due to my conditions. I’m sure it can’t be known until I actually try right? But what specifically should I look into, boosters or actual T?

The biggest trouble I have is gaining weight. My workouts are fine, I work hard, I know my diet can be better but the stress living with my parents at the moment is immense. I don’t have motivation to cook properly for myself all the time, even tho I was able to while living at college on my own.

I’m not looking to jump straight into anything but I’d like to gain knowledge and exposure to some of my options. Thanks to all in advance!

Edit: some are saying T will shut down natural production which makes sense and I’ll keep looking into that, but how about T boosters that can be bought off the shelf?
