How about we make a list of HVM, that might not, unfortunately, know the rules of the game.

Once in awhile I get to stumble on HVM, that are genuine good people, but unfortunately, for various reasons have a hard time finding or a attracting a HVW. Now, please keep in mind that what you might consider to be a HVM, might not be necessary for someone else. We are all, after all, different people, with different goals and aspirations in life.

But I think that we need to bring the attention back to HVM, and make it easier for us to find them and for them to find you. Let's ignore the LVM (since your time is precious and they don't need to live rent free in your mind, let them battle their own daemons).

Possible reasons why HVM might not know the rules of the game:

  • they're not players and never were.(I'm not talking about the reformed players that, now decide to settle down. Those, IMHO, do not deserve to have children or a family. I'm talking about genuine good guys, that have not even one ounce of "player" in them).
  • might have stumbled on the wrong dating advice on the internet; (dating advice that pickmeishas might give, for example)
  • might not have enough time to socialize, since they are very busy with managing their business/es or charities.
  • they might have a different cultural background with different protocols.
  • they might work in STEM fields or other male dominated industries.
  • he might not fall in the hunter/pray pattern, since he might be wired biologically differently (exp: introverted).
  • the #metoo movement discourages responsible, reasonable and sensible HVM to approach you in real life since they have so much to lose ('cause they have real value to lose: reputation, businesses/charities that depend on him, workplace restrictions, etc.). The ones that won't be discouraged are the ones that have psychopathic tendencies, narcissism, players (you know, the ones that enjoy the thrill of the chase).
  • (conspiracy theory tin-hat on) some OLD websites might set up their websites/apps, in order to make it harder for HVM to reach you.
