If your frame is good, what is the consensus on being “sweet” to a girl (on the condition that she’s interested).

My situation, girl is into me and things are going nicely. She said she thinks she’s getting sick (unfortunately probably from me, I came down with a cold and we had just spent several hours making out and touching each other the other day)

Would it ruin attraction to tell her “I’d help you feel better...” or something like “sounds like you need another head rub” or is that cringy and stupid? I have been playing this one very cool so far, she’s usually texting me first, asking about my day, etc. I’m being fairly reserved in my behavior and reactions to her, so it’s not a common occurrence.

My goal was to relate her feeling crummy to the fact that she feels nice when she’s with me, and remind her of what we did.
