I think it's appropriate to lose interest, faith, and trust in men. Up till now, they have not earned any of those things from you. A healthy attitude to have towards men would be a blend of skepticism and mild curiosity. Like they're the Loch Ness monster. Maybe HVM exist or maybe they don't. Just keep an eye on the misty surface of that loch, and definitely don't go skinny dipping in it alone or at night.

Do you have any HVM role models? Partners of friends or family? I think it's important to see good men out there and know them. I'm very thankful that my dad is a HVM, and many of my friends are in relationships with HVM. They are definitely out there.

There are absolutely good HVM out there. I’m married to one. ☺️

FDS strategies don’t negate all the trash. They just help you sort through it faster. But I promise there are treasures.
