I'm not surprised. I was at a party Friday night and a not close female friend randomly showed me a pic of a guy and asked me what I thought. I was confused and then understood she was hoping to set me up. He was attractive. Nothing special. She told me he's a great guy and I look like his type. And also that my personality seems good for him. She said he's been single awhile and his main problem is that women fall in love with him too fast. I almost laughed out loud. His MAIN PROBLEM? I told her she is welcome to try and introduce us but that I don't date men who don't put any effort into it and that it probably wouldn't work out. I was just so put off by that. Her husband brought him up again and said the same thing. I told him I don't do casual or low effort, but by all means try to match make. I'm bored.

So he wants a relationship, but wants to avoid falling in love? The fuck does that even mean? He ends relationships because he feels too loved and wanted? What the hell is wrong with this generation? I swear if I dated somebody like that I would be so completely emotionally unavailable that they would BEG me to love them. I haven't even been in a relationship where I didn't feel the man loved me more. I'm disgusted with men at this point. They aren't right in the head. They're emotionless users who suck life and energy from anyone who gives them a chance.
