No. He's not. He's manipulative. And a dick. Go with your anger fully next time and take out the trash. You didn't get angry because he was respecting you.

Honeybee, you’ve gotta a) KNOW what your boundaries are, and b) be more than firm in enforcing them with him. If you know you’re intoxicated and he’s sober, speak to him before getting to your house and say that you’re uncomfortable doing anything of a sexual nature because of the power imbalance (or something along those lines).

More than that, he sounds like a pile of red flags. He would have seen you drinking alcohol, known he was sober, and any man of value would have put 2+2 together to understand that you weren’t in a position to offer enthusiastic and informed consent.

The best advice I can offer is to have a solid talk with yourself and understand what you want first off, and then probably make a commitment to stop drinking on dates to keep your judgement crystal clear. Either send him a message indicating that you’re uncomfortable with what’s transpired and will be conducting yourself differently in the future or just block straight off.

You owe him nothing. You owe yourself better.

What are you doing? Seriously. What's your own plan and timeline. You're winging it, getting drunk and going to your house, and trusting a stranger not to rape you, basically.

No more drinking, no more going back to your place until the exact day you want to have sex.

Get to know him better, in public, doing more recreational activities.
