In the past year I've done a complete 180 in my dating perspective. I used to want men to view me as an equal, so I'd split everything. None of those men ever viewed me as an equal.

Men don't respect women the way they respect other men.

So I started letting guys buy everything. If you don't buy my meal on a first date, we're not going out again.

And I'm not doing shit for you. I'm not going above and beyond for you. I'm not planning our dates. I'm not going to be your emotional crutch. And we're going to do the stuff I want to do.

If you don't want to do the things I like to do, find someone else to date.
