Honestly probably not :/. she would've gotten arrested for assault, I'm sure her lawyer would have used a defense that was like "she was defending herself from sexual assault. This man is physically stronger than her, once he advanced upon her she was terrified he'd go further, she is not physically strong enough to hold him down and escape, so she defended herself in a way that would effectively stop the assault"
And the prosecutor would've been like "her reaction was over the top! Sexual assault? Lmfao it was just a kiss! She didn't need to disfigured him! She could've just said no duh. And my client says all indicators pointed to that she wanted it anyway so really my client is the victim here"
Were not at the point unfortunately where an unwanted kiss would be seen as sexual assault :/. Look how hard Lorena Bobbitt had to fight to not go to prison. We're nearly 30 years from that but tbh I think a woman in a similar position would have had to fight just as hard as she did. Or what happened with Kavanaugh being appointed to the US Supreme Court despite Ford having extensive documentation that he raped her in hs. Didn't matter.
Prosecution is hit or miss and you're at the mercy of whether or not the judge and/or jury drawn believe in women's autonomy :/
