21 year old dude here. For the most part I have a good head on my shoulders. But obviously I’m half retarded because of how bad I fucked up.

I made a post a while back about my LTR having BPD issues. I found out she was pregnant. Girl is not from USA and is on Visitor visa and staying with me (bad move obv). Fast forward to one month ago baby is born and yup baby is in fact mine.

I have no issue in being a good father and being in part of the Life of my son. I fucked up so it’s my duty to be responsible.

LTR and both family sides are pressuring me to marry hard. Her visa is fucked and cannot come back to the country if she leaves. Only way for her to become legal is through marriage. Obviously I don’t want to marry.

If I don’t marry her we will probably break up and she has nowhere to go in America, but if I marry then I have all the consequences of divorce (most likely because all of this LTR has been rough).

I didn’t leave her because I wanted her to stay and have my son here so he can have US citizenship. (Id have no rights to see him in their country if he’s born there, it’s really 3rd world).

What is the right thing to do here? Ik Im a idiot for getting to this point. I wouldn’t be with her if it wasn’t for the kid.
