Build a marketing company. Tell them you will shoot video commercials for them and put them on YouTube with aggressive keyword marketing. Focus on attorneys first because they love spending lots of money on retarded shit.

But honestly, if you can't cold call, then you can't have a company.

Hire a part timer to do the cold calling.

That way, you only talk to prospects when an appointment has been made.

Start marketing yourself? Paid advertising etc, learn it.

Much more scalable than just cold calling , will also allow you to spread your message better / show the value you can bring

Just realize that you don't deserve shit and that will help you in dealing with rejection. The worst they can say is no which would be most people saying that. Find a way not to waste your own time on people who aren't going to do business with you.
