So there's a girl I want to plate. I ran into her after school one Wednesday, was talking to her about clubs and shit. The topic turned to college (even though we're freshmen), and she asked to go to the library sometimes to tell her about college admissions. I asked when, she said to text her. I did, we decided on Thursday. I was planning to build some rapport, basic shit. We went to the library. We didn't have an actual discussion though because she ran into a friend of hers there, and we had to tutor that friend in math. Then we ran into some mutual friends and talked for a while. She said we should go and talk about college some other time. She hasn't texted me about it anything.

Am I being a orbiter here? If not, should I text her about it? Like 'hey, do you want to go to the library to talk?' What would be a good text to send?
