All have one key thing in common. They're all SUGARBABIES. Which means until they act like adults. They will never be treated as such

I always liked Hercules as a kid but looking back the ending is some real simp shit. He turns down being a literal god on Olympus after all his hard work and heroism to be with some used pussy who betray him.

She did die for him though and she was wronged by a guy before Hercules.
[–]Captain_Hooters4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Agreed. I remember even as a kid watching movies with plot points similar to that I thought it was pretty dumb to sacrifice your life dreams for a girl like that.

What else do any of these women have to offer? Except for Aladdin the men are all men of wealth looking for someone to have an heir with, so they want young, beautiful, royal and courteous women. My biggest issue with Disney movies is that it teaches men that they must rescue a woman for their relationship to have value. They leave out that the woman will eventually forget you did it and leave your ass for someone who looks better or has more money. Don't play the hero guys.
[–]ChiTownBob35 points36 points37 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Aladdin has a genie and a lamp, so he is a man of wealth too.
[–]CeleritySteam11 points12 points13 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
He didn't start off that way though. His story is the only one that's not realistic because he wasn't a hypergamy target from the beginning.
[–]ChiTownBob18 points19 points20 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Yes, he didn't start off that way either.
Same for most men who are starting out.
So Aladdin hit the jackpot by getting the genie and becomes a hypergamy target.
So when a regular guy hits the top prize in the lottery, all of a sudden he becomes a hypergamy target.
So yeah, this is realistic.
[–]CeleritySteam2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Except she was interested in him BEFORE that.
[–]XDhellohi17 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah because he fulfilled the bad boy/thug fantasy, something new and exciting for a coddled spoiled princess.

No WHORE will EVER abandon a rich successful man for a street rat! She can fuck the street rat but she want leave her cash cow!

Women only have looks to offer
[–]someevilwhitemen24 points25 points26 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
at least it was a pretty much accurate depiction of the reality
[–]mickenrorty8 points9 points10 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
An accurate prediction would include the divorce and nasty legal process that screws the guy over... as the guy realises that the system is stacked heavily against him... before eventually finding his way to r/MGTOW

that 's when the lie start : and they will live happily ever after but this part is to fool the boys

This is quite a feminist post, I'm surprised. I can picture my female feminist professor agreeing with how Disney is brainwashing girls into being nothing more than a sexual objects
[–]GuntherVonHairyballs7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I was explaining why I don't call my daughter "princess" and realized I almost sounded like a feminist. I don't want her to think her only value comes from either her parents or her husband.
[–]intelligence_skills3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I remember overhearing feminist professors having these discussion with students in the common areas in college. I thought of this as a feminist post as well.

Even a broken clock is right 2x a day. The men in these films are all simps, I dont see them complaining about that.
[–]AliceGaveMeTheHerp18 points19 points20 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Notice how Mulan isn’t part of that crew? Subtle indoctrination there too: Asians aren’t special enough to be the princess
[–][deleted] 13 points14 points15 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well she's not a princess, all of these are by marriage or birth. Mulan's love interest is a general, not a prince.
[–]Me2Brah14 points15 points16 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
But Mulan actually did something and fought for something larger than herself or her immediate needs. All the others just had to stand there and look youthful.

I'm willing to risk a downvote or two. At least both Snow White and Cinderella are still very much versed on cleaning and cooking and seem to be more caring towards others. And at least Belle doesn't fall for the village PUA Gaston.
On the other hand, Ariel is the rich burgeois princess who's willing to leave it all for a man from another culture (or in this case, species) and go against her bigoted father even though she doesn't know the man. And she's willing to sell her voice to Ursula just for a pair of legs, which probably not too different from the women nowadays willing to sell themselves for a pair of tits. And yet she might not have a fish tail but I bet in between her legs she still smells like fish.
And as far as Jasmine, I wonder if this is how Indian women behave like.
[–]DrDerpex[S] 6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You have my upvote. Aeriel case is more like she left her secure life for thrill of new cock.

Village PUA Gaston hahahaha

Isn't Jasmine a Uygr? Her country looks more a stan than Indian.
[–]rocko200020 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If you're talking about the IRL Jasmine, probably.

It’s almost like most of these are horrible reductions of humans based on characters from ages ago.
[–]Thegodsenvyus9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Belle was considerably intelligent if I remember correctly
[–]GuntherVonHairyballs-4 points-3 points-2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
But that wasn't her important trait.
[–]Thegodsenvyus10 points11 points12 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If she wasn't intelligent then Gaston would've had 4 girls in his harem instead of 3 and she wouldn't be able to communicate with the Beast to get him to open up. There would be no story without her book smarts and that seems kinda important to me
[–]classicliberal18 points9 points10 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
In Bell's defense, she could read and that put her intellectually above all other Disney princesses. Granted, she didn't read math, science, or engineering books. She just read fairy tales about hot chicks getting the girl.
You know who really rocked? Gaston. He was a great hunter, an important skill in his society's economy. But he was destroyed because of oneitis. If only Gaston were red pilled.

The 2020 Disney princess should have bald-side cuts, a pound of metal piercings,
and TATTOOS saying : "Ι am a Dyke Feminist. Please check your man privilege before dating me ! '

Look at Aladdin. Aladdin's only measure of value is that he has bucket-loads of cash. He's encouraged to fake having cash to even have a shot at the princess.

Aurora is hottest. Followed by post-op Ariel and then Bell.

Missed the Frozen princess, Elsa. Emotional instability makes her a liability to her nation, so she's imprisoned. Only love for a man can stabilize her. I suppose it's more fitting for the times...
[–]classicliberal12 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Why are mermaid fantasies so common? I mean, if you get the girl, you fuck a fish. Reverse mermaids are no better. Sure, you then get a pussy, but one with the head of a fish.
Imagine how horny the average guy is after 2-3 days, then extrapolate that to multiple months aboard a ship.

Jasmin and Belle were big parts of my strange pre-pubescent fantasies. I've been dating women who look like that for 20 years lol.

Out of all the disney princesses, I like Ariel the most. I always liked her curious mind, her her kind nature, her thrill for an adventure. 'Part of your world' is a gorgeous song. She DID NOT gave up her voice for the prince, she did it for the opportunity to finally explore the surface, it was Ursula who added that condition to the contract, Ariel wanted to interact with the world and the people in general, not just Eric. I mean, you can fault Ariel for plenty of other stuff, but don't use the same misconception feminists use when trying to disregard a movie and main character I genuinely find endearing.
