Summary- Basically, for every guy a girl has slept with thats six inches (six inches being the average size of a penis). If a girl were to fall from the height equal to the distance of the amount of guys shes slept with, and be safe, that determines whether she is a slut or not.

People who do things which require dedication/skill are dedicated/skilled.
People who take the easy path (give out sex to multiple guys rather than save for a worthwhile guy) are lazy/easy.

Well it's not so much a theory as a known reality. Your vague open ended question elicited an essay so enjoy the gems of wisdom and shit. If you follow my posts you'll see this randomly happens, I'll drop red pill nukes.
Men favour inexperienced women with a low partner count, chastity is something men value in women instinctually, no amount of feminist propaganda managed to change that no matter how many "slut shaming" campaigns you throw.
This is why nearly all women lie about how many sexual partners they've had, the general rule we work off is half whatever a man says and double whatever a woman says. If shes "just 6" it's 12+. Women know instinctually being a ho isn't attractive to men for long term commitments, but they get so caught up on the equality bullshit that they look past mens preferences and rationalise "well if men can do it I can do it too" except.. the major caveat - women instinctually find men with plenty of sexual experience attractive "he has to know what he's doing" the opposite is true for men, he may enjoy the sex but he'll question her ability to be faithful and is far more likely to withhold commitment knowing half the village has been up in her insides.
Think there was a study posted up on here ages ago showing that the more sexual partners a woman has had, the more likely she is to divorce.
Men tend not to push for more commitment in most relationships, it's the women who do. A guy could quite easily be fuck buddies for 5 years with a girl, the opposite is extremely rare. The need for commitment usually manifests from a place of insecurity when a woman really likes you and doesn't want you to go, women get attached emotionally when they fuck you a lot, mainly because each fuck increases her oxytocin levels.
Men have more to lose from the institution of marriage and that's the end game for women, therefore men hold the keys to that and traditionally are the ones required to ask the wife, even though it's her who wants it more than him (in most but not all cases.) There's a reason they had the dowry in the old days, it was to bribe the groom into looking after the girl so that the father didn't have to anymore, marriage has always been about material gain and politics, that's why it was originally invented - the romanticism around it is a modern idea, marriage does not equal love. This means plenty of betas get bullied into asking a chick to marry them, whereas alphas never pop the question, much to the infuriation of whatever women involved. Marriage is a fairy princess dream entitlement to most women, to men it's a lifelong responsibility to endure as the woman can so easily legally fuck you over - hardly equality.

Men commit to women they think are high value.
Men have low standards when it comes to having sex, but generally, much higher standards when it comes to commitment, women are the opposite. They'll friend zone you real easy, but sex is the apex of their value, rather than commitment, they'll whore out emotional intimacy like men whore their dicks out.
Chastity is the major component of that perceived value and ties in with a woman's looks. Highly attractive and virgin or 1-2 partner count woman = jackpot to most men.
Youth is part of that value. Older women are second hand goods. They've had men in the past and for whatever reason they didn't or wouldn't make it work, they took the abundance mindset of "I'll replace him" and now that's no longer an option they're in the scarcity mindset of "this guy is the best I'll get, I need to be on my best behaviour." however it's too late, when they had their youth they branch swung too far up the tree and now they've fallen off they're at the bottom of the tree getting ignored.
Older women have high partner counts due to age and thus aren't attractive prospects. They bring little to the table in terms of traditional femininity and tend to be just as demanding if not more demanding then young women. They often come with the anchor which is "another mans kids" as well. Hence, a fuck ton less likely to get commitment unless said guy is equally as undesirable (has his own kids, has limited options like her, etc.)
This is how older women have fucked themselves out of the dating market with poor decision making. They don't have the looks they used to have to attract men, these women can't deal with the fact they're not desired anymore, they are angry, they are bitter - but whatever, that's not man's problem - men don't find their aging physical looks or their mental psychological bitterness (baggage) attractive, and that's instinctual, it won't be changing, these women are left to rot. Think old, hagged and plenty of cats for surrogate affection.
Other things aside youth:
Cuteness (submissiveness and femininity, nobody wants to commit to a battle axe)
Intellect and sophistication (links with wit and knowledge) so she can actually be mentally stimulating and not an empty bag of tits and ass.
Cooking ability (shows caring really, you care everyone eats healthy and you're willing to make sure they do)
Caring (beyond superficial bullshit females trying to seem nice crap, but actually has a big heart, she's a sap).
In a nutshell, women should be everything men aren't if they want to earn commitment and keep a man invested in them. They need to invest in themselves, not just their looks, because looks fade with age no matter how much anti-wrinkle cream or botox you have. Women are so brainwashed that they're entitled to everything with men as long as they look good that they've lost the idea and skill that "marriage is earnt" you aren't entitled to marriage because you have a vagina or are an 8/10, and if a guy is on TRP he probably won't even marry you, you'll be earning LTR cohabitation instead.
Why would/should a man commit to a version of himself with a vagina? Assertive, driven, confrontational, egotistical etc. All the things women find attractive in men? Another funny thing women get wrong ALL THE TIME - they mistake what they find as attractive in men as qualities that a woman should have to attract men, they find men with a huge ego attractive, they call them assholes but they find it attractive.
