Okay so I dated this girl. As you can imagine we had sex a lot before this test transpired. One night we we're simply going on a night cruise and this topic came into the light.

She asked me, "How would you react if you found out I was pregnant?" You see, based on her medical records, she cannot have a child due to the lack of her ovaries. I knew this and I was shown the paperwork. Believe me, I like to make sure of these things if we're not using condoms and all.

Anyways, when she asked me that question I said, "I'd want a DNA test". What followed afterwords was pretty much chaos. She thought I insinuated that she was a whore and it lead into an argument. I simply said that because I'd naturally want the full proof if the kid was mine.

So this leads to my question, what was the entire point of asking that question? Especially since she and I both fucking knew it was impossible.

EDIT: I forgot to ask this as well. Was I truly a dick because of my response?
