I agree with what SeasonedRP said. You have to be careful.

In a situation like that, if you like her, you can get her phone number (discreetly if needed, by sliding your phone to her with the "add contact" screen open), and then ask her to stop this and go back and join her boyfriend. You can invite her out another day to get to know her.

If you think she is too shady and obviously not truly into you, then don't even get her phone number. Just tell her "I have a code. I don't mess with other men's girlfriends" (whether that's true or not for you), and stop talking to her.
